Cold Email Sending Calculator Daily & Monthly Sending Capacity

Enter your mailbox count and daily per-mailbox limit to see safe daily and monthly sending capacity plus how many leads you can touch per month once follow-up sequences are included.

How this check works

  1. 01

    Capacity = mailboxes × daily limit × ~20 sending days/month.

  2. 02

Follow-up overhead: a 3-step sequence means each lead consumes ~2.2–2.6 sends, so unique leads ≈ capacity ÷ 2.4.

  3. 03

A warm-up note shows the ramp for infrastructure younger than 4 weeks.

How to fix common problems

Capacity too small

Add mailboxes in pairs across additional sending domains. Ten mailboxes at 25/day beats two mailboxes at 100/day for both deliverability and capacity.

Skipping warm-up

New mailboxes need 2–4 weeks of ramping volume (warm-up tools or manual) before cold sends. Skipping it burns the domain.

Example

12 mailboxes × 25/day × 20 days = 6,000 sends/month ≈ 2,500 unique leads with a 3-step sequence.

FAQ

How many cold emails can one mailbox send per day?
20–30 including follow-ups, after warm-up. More invites spam-folder placement and eventual account suspension.
Do follow-ups count toward daily limits?
Yes filters see total volume. Plan sequences so first touches plus follow-ups stay under the daily ceiling.
When can I skip warm-up?
Never for new domains/mailboxes. Warm-up is how you build the engagement history filters check before trusting your volume.
